Who sells it. Checkout is handled by Stripe’s Link, which acts as reseller (merchant of record) for Paperthread and takes care of payment and sales tax/VAT. Prices shown include VAT where it applies.
What you buy. A one-time payment unlocks full PDF downloads in the layout you bought, in the browser you paid with, for 7 days. There is no subscription.
Your content. You must have the right to use the chat you convert. The chat stays on your device and you remain responsible for it.
Accuracy. We reproduce the text of your export and don’t change message content. Exports can be incomplete (for example, WhatsApp limits exports with media), so check the result against your phone before relying on it.
No legal advice. Paperthread is a formatting tool. We don’t promise that any court, employer or other party will accept a document. Ask a qualified lawyer.
Refunds. If it didn’t work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
